【摘要】 目的探讨构建院内静脉血栓栓塞症防治体系对促进医疗质量管理水平提高的作用。方法通过文献回顾、结合基层医院现状,构建住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症防治管理体系并临床实践,对实施效果进行分析。结果实施综合防治管理体系后,住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估正确率提高,预防措施落实率提高,深静脉血栓患者检出率增加,肺栓塞患者病死率下降。结论通过构建院内静脉血栓栓塞症防治体系,能有效减少院内静脉血栓栓塞症发生率,提升医疗安全和管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the prevention and treatment system of venous thromboembolism on the improvement of medical quality. Methods Based on literature review and clinical practice,the management system of prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism in inpatients was established,and the effect was analyzed. Results After the implementation of the prevention and control system,the correct rate of risk assessment and the implementation rate of prevention measures were increased, the detection rate of DVT patients was increased,and the mortality rate of pulmonary embolism patients was decreased. Conclusion The establishment of hospital VTE prevention and treatment system can effectively reduce the incidence of VTE in hospitals,and improve medical safety and management.更多还原
