【摘要】 目的为医务人员不良执业行为记分管理系统研发应用及落实综合监管制度提供参考。方法在文献综述和政策研究的基础上,分析了医务人员不良执业行为记分管理系统的功能需求,设计各子模块的内容和预期实现的功能。结果构建的医务人员不良执业行为记分管理系统包含账户管理、记分管理、负面清单、奖罚管理、科室执行、报表管理6大模块。结论构建医务人员不良执业行为记分信息化监管系统,可实现对医师不良执业行为的动态量化监管,使有限的监管人员发挥最佳的管理效能,对解决当前医疗质量管理面临的问题具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for the research and development and implementation of the comprehensive supervision system of the medical staff’s bad practice behavior scoring management system. Methods Analyzing the functional requirement of the medical staff’s bad practice behavior scoring management system based on policy research and literature review,and designing the contents and expected implementation functions of each sub module.Results The medical staff’s bad practice behavior scoring management system included six modules,i.e. account management,scoring management,negative list,reward and punishment management,department execution and report management. Conclusion Constructing the medical staff’s bad practice behavior scoring management system can realize the dynamic quantization supervision of medical staff’s bad practice,making limited supervisors develop the best management efficiency,and it is a great practical significance to solve the problems of current medical quality management.更多还原
