【摘要】 现今,我国老年人口数量的不断增加,人口老龄化问题日趋严峻,医养结合是缓解养老压力,提升养老服务质量的有效解决方法,其中"嵌入式"医养结合是当下养老发展趋势。通过实地调研走访和文献信息搜集的方法,从整体嵌入、设备嵌入、协议嵌入的角度介绍山东省3种嵌入类型的"嵌入式"医养结合,分析该方式下医养结合问题现象和产生原因,鉴于此提出分级养老服务、促进人才转化、发展"智慧医疗"、养老增收降费等优化路径,用以加快完善我国医养结合建设发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the increasing number of elderly population in China, the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. The combination of medical and health care is an effective solution to alleviate the pressure of providing for the aged and improve the quality of service for the aged, among which "embedded" combination of medical and health care is the current development trend of providing for the aged. Through the strategy of onthe-spot investigation and literature information collection, three embedded types of "embedded" combination of medical and health care in Shandong Province were introduced from the point of view of overall embedding, equipment embedding and agreement embedding. And the phenomenon and causes of the combination of medical and health care were also discussed. In view of this proposed, some optimization measures were put forward in this article, such as introducing the service mode of graded pension, promoting the transformation of talents, developing "intelligent medical treatment", increasing income and reducing fees for the aged, so as to speed up the development of the construction of the combination of medical and health care in our country.更多还原
