【摘要】 乳腺肿瘤是城市女性发病率最高的癌症,而既往已开发的"城市社区乳腺肿瘤防治流程"在真实世界中推行却遭遇阻力。一是供方的技术输出经济补偿,二是需方的健康教育本土文化适应。新近出台的基层医疗发展政策,为该防治流程的推进提供了新背景。本研究分析此新背景下,通过整合家庭医生制度政策优势和中医治未病技术优势,完善、建立、落地城市社区乳腺肿瘤中西结合防治流程的可行性和实施对策,以期在落实乳腺肿瘤防治的同时,加快家庭医生制度建设和社区卫生服务发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Breast cancer is the cancer with the highest incidence of urban women, but the "urban community breast cancer prevention and treatment process" that has been developed in the past has encountered resistance in the real world. The first is the economic compensation for the technical output of the supplier, and the second is the local cultural adaptation of the demand-side health education. The newly promulgated primary care development policy has provided a new background for the advancement of this prevention and treatment process. This study analyzes the feasibility and implementation countermeasures of establishing, perfecting and implementing the integrated Chinese and Western treatment process for breast tumors in urban communities by integrating the policy advantages of the family doctor system and the technical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment under this new background. It is hoped that while implementing breast cancer prevention and treatment, the construction of the family doctor system and the development of community health services will be accelerated.更多还原
