【摘要】 目的探讨脑安颗粒联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年6月安徽省合肥市第一人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者102例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(氯吡格雷治疗)和研究组(脑安颗粒+氯吡格雷治疗),每组各51例。比较两组血液流变学指标、临床疗效、血清炎性因子指标、日常行为活动能力、神经功能缺损情况及不良反应。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组纤维蛋白原、全血黏度高切、血细胞比容及全血黏度低切水平低于对照组;研究组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组;研究组Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者采用脑安颗粒联合氯吡格雷治疗临床效果较好,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nao′an Granule combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to Hefei First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into the control group(Clopidogrel treatment) and the study group(Na′oan Granules+Clopidogrel treatment) by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group. The hemorheology index, clinical effect, serum inflammatory factor index, daily activity ability, nerve function defect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity high cut, hematocrit and whole blood viscosity low cut in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the Barthel index score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), while the NIH stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction using Nao′an Granules combined with Clopidogrel therapy has good clinical curative effect, security is higher.更多还原
