【摘要】 目的观察芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者长期预后的影响。方法选取2017年9月～2018年9月于河北省保定市第一中心医院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者411例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗,206例)和治疗组(常规治疗+芪参益气滴丸,205例),4周为1个疗程,长期服用,随访12～24个月(中位随访时间18个月)。记录两组患者治疗前、治疗6个月、治疗12个月的血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、6 min步行距离(6-MWT)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果最终358例患者纳入评估,其中对照组182例,治疗组174例。整体分析:两组NT-proBNP、LVEF、6-MWT组间比较、时间点比较及交互作用,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。进一步组内比较:两组NT-proBNP、LVEF、6-MWT在治疗前、治疗6个月、治疗12个月各时间点两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。组间比较:两组治疗前NT-proBNP、LVEF、6-MWT比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗6、12个月,治疗组NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,6-MWT长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。本研究未见与试验药物相关的严重不良反应。结论芪参益气滴丸可以明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高运动耐量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on long-term prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Four hundred and eleven patients with chronic heart failure were selected from September 2017 to September 2018 in the First Central Hospital of Baoding City in Hebei Province. They were divided into control group(routine treatment, n = 206) and treatment group(routine treatment + Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills, n =205) by random number table method. Four weeks was a course of treatment, long-term use, follow-up time was 12-24 months(median follow-up time was 18 months). The levels of NT-proBNP, 6-MWT and LVEF were recorded between two groups before treatment, 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results Finally, 358 patients were included in the evaluation, including 182 cases in control group and 174 cases in treatment group. Overall analysis: there were significant differences in NT-proBNP, LVEF and 6-MWT between two groups with inter group comparison, time point comparison and interaction(P < 0.05). Further intra group comparison: there were significant differences in NT-proBNP, LVEF,6-MWT between two groups before treatment, 6 and 12 months after treatment with comparison of time points(P < 0.05).Inter group comparison: there were no significant differences in NT-proBNP, LVEF and 6-MWT between two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). 6 and 12 months after treatment, the level of NT-proBNP in treatment group was lower than that in control group, LVEF in treatment group was higher than that in control group, 6-MWT in treatment group was longer than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in this study. Conclusion Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can obviously improve heart function and exercise tolerance of patients with chronic heart failure.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
