系统化教学模式在康复科进修护士临床带教中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨系统化教学模式在康复科进修护士临床带教中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性调查法选取2018年9~12月在四川大学华西医院(以下简称"我院")康复医学科进修的护士30名(对照组)和我院2019年3~6月的进修护士30名(观察组)为研究对象。对照组进修护士实施病房常规带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上运用系统化教学模式。比较进修结业时两组进修护士的考试成绩、满意度及岗位胜任能力。结果观察组进修护士考试成绩、满意度及岗位胜任能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论系统化教学模式能提高临床进修护士的考试成绩、满意度及岗位胜任能力,可进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the systematic teaching mode in the clinical teaching of nurses in rehabilitation department. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to select 30 nurses in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, West China Hospital, Sichuan University(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital")from September to December 2018(control group) and 30 nurses in our hospital from march to June 2019(observation group) as study subjects. The routine teaching mode was adopted in the control group and the observation group was systematically taught on the basis of the control group. The examination results, satisfaction and post competency of the two groups were compared at the end of the course. Results Examination results, satisfaction and post competency of nurses in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The systematic teaching mode can improve the examination results, satisfaction and post competence of clinical nursing, and it’s worthy of further promotion.
