【摘要】 随着"健康中国"战略的推进,基层中医医疗迎来了跨越式发展,基层硬件设施不断改善,但基层中医人才短缺成为限制基层医疗发展的关键。本文分析"健康中国"背景下基层中医医疗的发展情况,结合中医药服务基层医疗的优势特点,探讨基层中医人才培养的现状和对策,提出高等中医药院校要加强基层中医医疗的政策宣传,建立以市场为导向的基层人才培养方式,提高学生对基层中医医疗服务的认可度、提升学生自身临床综合诊疗技能和增强医疗服务意识。更多还原
