【摘要】 目的分析、总结昆明市儿童医院(以下简称"我院")接受血液净化治疗的15例中毒患儿的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年5月1日～2019年4月30日在我院因中毒就诊,并行血液净化治疗的15例患儿的临床资料,包括血液净化方法、不良反应、治疗结局。结果 13例患儿痊愈,2例好转,无死亡病例。与治疗前比较,治疗后患儿谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白、尿素指标降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。住院天数为7～19 d,平均(9.5±2.3)d。结论血液净化是治疗儿童中毒的有效方法,值得在儿科领域积极推广,从而提高中毒患儿的治愈率、生存率,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize the effect of 15 poisoned children receiving blood purification treatment in Kunming children′s Hospital( "our hospital" for short). Methods The clinical data of 15 children treated with concurrent blood purification due to poisoning admitted to our hospital from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 was analyzed retrospectively. Clinical data including blood purification methods, adverse reactions and treatment outcomes.Results Thirteen children recovered, two improved, and no death. Compared with before treatment, the indexes of alanine transaminase, alpaca transaminase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, troposin and urea were decreased after treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The length of hospitalization ranged from 7 to 19 days, and the average length of stay was(9.5±2.3) d. Conclusion Blood purification is an effective method for the treatment of poisoned children. Which is worthy of active promotion in the field of pediatrics, so as to improve the cure rate, survival rate and prognosis of children with poisoning.更多还原
