【摘要】 选择《中文核心期刊要目总览》255种期刊,计算机检索期刊稿约中对医学伦理审查的要求。最终249种期刊纳入研究,调查发现51.4%(128/249)期刊提及了医学伦理方面的要求,其中"以人为研究对象的研究征得受试对象或其亲属的知情同意,获得伦理委员会的批准"的比例最大,为96.1%。对"保护动物福利和伦理审批"和"临床试验注册"的要求占比最低,分别为46.1%、40.6%。对患者隐私方面的保护甚少提及;大部分期刊对伦理审查没有强制要求;个别稿约中的医学伦理的国际准则、法律法规版本比较陈旧,未及时更新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Totally 255 journals in A Guide to the Core Journals of China were selected,and the requirements of medical ethics in the instruction for authors of the journals were searched by computer.After selection,249 journals were incorporate into study,and the survey found that 51.4%(128/249)of the journals indicated the requirements of medical ethics.Among them,most journal mentioned "for human subjects,the informed consents of the subjects or their relatives and approval of ethics committee were obtained",accounting for 96.1%.The requirements for "animal welfare protection and ethics approval" and "clinical trial registration" accounted for the lowest percentages,at 46.1% and 40.6%,respectively.Little was mentioned about the protection of patients’ privacy.Most journals had no mandatory requirements on the ethics of manuscripts.The international standards,laws and regulations on medical ethics in some journals were relatively outdated and had not been updated in time.更多还原
