【摘要】 通过查阅国内外预检分诊文献,结合新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗救治实践,分析我国综合医院重大传染病预检分诊存在的问题。借鉴国内外建立的急诊预检分诊标准与体系,以我国出台的《医疗机构传染病预检分诊管理办法》为指引,深入研究新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗救治中预检分诊的重点与难点。提出建立和完善以敏感的预检分诊标准、规范的预检分诊流程、高素质的预检分诊队伍、科学的质量控制指标,以及全过程的监督考核机制为核心的重大传染病预检分诊体系,对于提高重大传染病医疗救治水平有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the existing problems in the major infectious diseases pre-check triage system in general hospitals in China by referring to related literature at home and abroad and the treatment practice of Coronavirus Disease2019(COVID-19).By drawing lessons from the standards and systems of emergency triage established at home and abroad,with the guide of the management measures of infectious disease triage issued by medical institutions in China,this paper studies intensively some important and difficult problems of pre-diagnosis triage in medical treatment for COVID-19.It is promoted to establish and improve the pre-inspection triage system,which has five cores:sensitive pre-inspection triage standard,standard pre-check triage process,high-quality pre-test triage team,scientific quality control index,as well as the whole process of supervision and assessment mechanism.The establishment of such system will be of great significance in improving the level of medical treatment for major infectious diseases.更多还原
