一种胎儿心电分析软件系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of ECG analysis software system for fetus
【摘要】 目的:设计开发一种胎儿心电分析软件系统,能够对母体腹部心电信号(AECG)进行分析,获取胎儿心电(FECG),计算得到胎儿心率(FHR)和母体心率(MHR)。方法:在Windows环境下,以C++为编程语言,在Qt框架下进行软件开发。基于模型-视图-控制器(MVC)框架进行软件设计;与硬件采集仪器之间采用串口通讯方式,通过文件I/O操作存取心电数据于磁盘中;根据R-R间期计算心率。对FLUKEPS320胎儿模拟仪产生的6组数据和10例来自北京协和医院的母胎孕妇腹部短时(60 s)心电数据进行处理,计算得到心率。根据测量值和设定值之间的差异性评估模拟仪数据处理效果,在临床数据上从平均值和标准差两个方面和Monica母胎Holter系统进行对比。结果:胎儿心电分析软件系统能够在PC机上稳定运行。在模拟仪6组数据的FHR和MHR上,计算准确率均为99%。在10例临床数据的FHR和MHR上,平均值和标准差与Monica系统的差异均在±2个单位。结论:胎儿心电分析软件系统能够计算出较为准确的FHR和MHR数据,具有一定的临床和家庭场景应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective:To design and develop an electrocardiograph(ECG) analysis software system for fetus,which can analyze the maternal abdominal ECG(AECG) signals,and obtain fetal electrocardiogram(FECG),and then calculate and grasp the fetal heart rate(FHR) and maternal heart rate(MHR).Methods:Software development was carried out under the Qt framework by using C++ as the programming language in Windows system.Software was designed on the basis of the model-view-controller(MVC) framework,and serial communication mean was adopted with hardware acquisition instrument,and ECG data were accessed on the disk through the file I/O operation,heart rate was calculated depended on R-R interval.The 6 groups of data generated by FLUKE PS320 fetal simulator and 10 case of short-term(60 s) AECG data of pregnant women from Peking Union Medical College Hospital were processed to calculate the heart rate.According to the difference between the measured value and the set value,the effect of data processing of the simulator was assessed.And the clinical data was compared with the Monica maternal fetal Holter system in terms of means and the standard deviation.Results:The electrocardiograph(ECG) analysis software system of fetus can run stably on personal computer(PC).On the FHR and MHR of the 6 groups of data of simulator,the calculation accuracy rate was 99%.On the FHR and MHR of the 10 case of clinical data,the difference both the mean and standard deviation between this system and Monica system were within ± 2 units.Conclusion:The ECG analysis software system can calculate relatively accurate FHR and MHR data,which has certain application values in clinical and family scene.
