【摘要】 目的:探讨双低剂量CTA检测患者颅内动脉粥样斑块对脑卒中的诊断作用。方法:选择2018年9月至2019年11月收治的脑卒中患者102例为研究对象,均接受CTA检查,观察组51例接受双低剂量检测,对照组51例接受常规剂量检测,对两组颅内动脉粥样斑块检测结果及检测质量进行比较。结果:观察组、对照组斑块分别为66个、68个,观察组检出稳定性斑块28个、易损斑块17个、混合斑块21个,与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组影像质量各指标评分与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组CT容积剂量指数、有效辐射剂量、剂量长度乘积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双低剂量CTA用于脑卒中患者颅内动脉粥样斑块检测中具有较高价值,可对斑块稳定性进行评估,且不影响影像质量,能降低电离辐射,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of double low-dose CTA in patients with intracranial atherosclerotic plaque on stroke.Methods A total of 102 stroke patients who were treated from September 2018 to November 2019 were selected as study subjects,all of whom underwent CTA.51 cases in the observation group received double low-dose tests,and 51 cases in the control group received routine dose tests.The results and quality of intracranial atherosclerotic plaques were compared between the two groups.Results There were 66 and 68 plaques in the observation group and the control group,respectively.28 stable plaques,17 vulnerable plaques,and 21 mixed plaques were detected in the observation group,which were not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05);The scores of the image quality indicators of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group (P>0.05);The CT volume dose index,effective radiation dose,and dose length product in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Double low-dose CTA is of high value in the detection of intracranial atherosclerotic plaques in patients with stroke.It can evaluate plaque stability without affecting image quality and can reduce ionizing radiation.It is worth promoting.更多还原
