【摘要】 2018年1月上海女医师协会超声女医师专委会对上海466家医院的1 518名超声学科女性医师进行了问卷调查。问卷有38个问题,包含基本信息、健康信息、家庭信息、科研信息和未来需求五大部分。调查结果显示,上海超声学科女性医师积极向上、刻苦钻研、热爱生活、爱好广泛、渴望学习、希望晋升、需料理家务和教育子女。高职称、高学历、高学位、高科研能力的超声学科女性医师比例较低,低学历、低职称的超声学科女性医师渴望成长。上海超声学科女性医师的压力、精神状况、职业相关疾病应受到社会的重视和关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Jan. 2018, Shanghai Medical Women’ s Association Aff iliated Shanghai Ultrasound Medical Women’s Special Committee conducted a questionnaire survey on 1 518 ultrasound medical women in 466 hospitals in Shanghai. There were 38 questions in the questionnaire, including 5 parts: basic information, health information, family information, scientific research information and future needs. The results demonstrated that Shanghai female medical ultrasound doctors were positive, hardworking, loving life, with wide interests, loving study, eager for promotion, housekeeping and educating kids. The percentage of the female medical ultrasound doctors with high professional qualification, high academic qualification, high educational qualification and high research capable was small. Those female doctors with lower educational qualification and lower professional qualification had the strong eagerness to be promoted. Shanghai female ultrasound medical doctors pressure, mental state and occupation related diseases should be paid close attention.更多还原
