【摘要】 2019年12月以来,我科室共收治了6名疑似新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎产妇分娩的新生儿,这6名新生儿胎龄36±3.4周,体重2.77±0.66千克。6名产妇有3例确诊为新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎,而6名新生儿均为冠状病毒核酸检查阴性。我科室按照疑似新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者对收治的6名新生儿进行隔离救治。经过积极治疗,患儿中有1名已经出院,另有5名生命征平稳。现将我科在收治疑似新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎新生儿住院期间的护理经验进行总结,以供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since December 2019, a total of 6 neonates born to women with pneumonia suspected of new coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infection were admitted in our department. The gestational age and birth weights of the 6 neonates were 36 ± 3.4 weeks and 2.77 ± 0.66 kg, respectively. Three maternal patients were diagnosed with 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia, and 6 newborns were negative for coronavirus nucleic acid tests. Our department isolated and treated the 6 newborns according to patients with pneumonia suspected of 2019-nCoV infection. After active treatment, 1 of the children has been discharged, and 5 have stable vital signs. In order to prevent and control 2019-nCoV infection in neonatal intensive care unit effectively, we reported the caring details of the cases in the present study.更多还原
