【摘要】 目的分析特发性矮小症(ISS)儿童心理行为问题。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为评定量表(CBCL)对2018年1月～2019年12月在柳州市妇幼保健院就诊的70例ISS儿童及70例健康儿童进行心理行为调查,比较两组儿童心理行为问题检出率,不同性别各个行为因子检出率及儿童行为评定量表因子评分。结果研究组儿童行为问题检出率为85.71%,高于对照组儿童的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组男童各个行为因子检出率为10.86%～30.43%,研究组女童各个行为因子检出率为20.83%～41.67%。研究组男童分裂样、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动、攻击性及违纪因子得分高于对照组男童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组女童抑郁、体诉、社交退缩、攻击性、违纪、分裂强迫、多动、性问题及残忍因子得分高于对照组女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ISS儿童较正常儿童存在更多的行为问题,临床治疗ISS应重视儿童的心理行为问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the psychological behavioral problems of children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods The Achenbach Child Behavior Checklis(CBCL) was used to investigate the psychological behavior of 70 ISS children and 70 healthy children in Liuzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,the detection rates of psychological behavioral problems in the two groups of children, the detection rates of various behavior factors of different genders and the factor scores of the children’s behavior rating scale were compared.Results The detection rate of behavior problems among children in the study group was 85.71%, which was higher than 10.00% of the children in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the detection rate of each behavior factor among boys in the study group was10.86%-30.43%. The detection rate of each behavior factor of girls in the group was 20.83%-41.67%.The scores of schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive, physical complaints, social withdrawal, hyperactivity, aggression and disciplinary factors in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the girls in the study group scored higher in depression, physical complaints, social withdrawal, aggressiveness, violation of discipline, split compulsion, hyperactivity, sexual problems and cruel factors than the control group girls, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Children with ISS have more behavioral problems than normal children. The clinical treatment of ISS should pay attention to children’s psychological and behavioral problems.更多还原
