【摘要】 目的观察胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片急诊治疗室性心律失常的疗效。方法选取2018年2月～2019年12月我院急诊接诊的150例室性心律失常患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用胺碘酮注射液治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后心率、心功能改善情况及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.67%,高于对照组的81.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组心率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能分级Ⅰ级所占比例高于对照组,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片急诊治疗室性心律失常的疗效确切,总有效率高,有助于改善患者心功能,且临床不良反应少,应用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 150 patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate sustained-release tablets, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone injection on the basis of the control group. The total effective rates of clinical treatment, heart rate,heart function improvement before and after treatment, and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.67%, which was higher than 81.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the heart rates of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the proportion of the observation group’s heart function classification I was higher than that of the control group, II and III all were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); the observation group had no significant difference in the incidence of clinical adverse reactions compared with the control group( P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets was effective in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia, with high total effective rate, which helped to improve the heart function of patients, and had few clinical adverse reactions and safe application.更多还原
