【Abstract】 Intertrochanteric femoral fractures are common fractures in clinical orthopedics. Due to the large number of intertrochanteric blood vessels and rich blood supply, open reduction can easily damage their local blood supply, which is not conducive to fracture healing and affects the patient’s good functional recovery after surgery. Reasonable and effective treatment methods are of great significance to the treatment results. With the development of minimally invasive concepts, minimally invasive treatment is widely used in fracture treatment.
