【摘要】 目的观察带锁髓内钉治疗股骨创伤骨折后骨不连的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2019年5月在我院诊治的50例股骨创伤骨折后骨不连患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规加压钢板治疗,观察组采用带锁髓内钉治疗,比较两组临床手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间)、临床治疗优良率、膝关节活动度评分、膝关节功能评分以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗优良率为92.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗股骨创伤骨折后骨不连效果良好,骨折愈合时间短,并发症发生率低,膝关节功能恢复效果好,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nails for the treatment of bone nonunion after traumatic fracture of femur.Methods 50 patients with bone nonunion after femoral trauma fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2019 were selected as the research object, they were divided into a control group and an observation group with using the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional compression plate, and the observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The clinical operation indicators(operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and fracture healing time), clinical treatment excellent rate, knee joint activity score, knee joint function score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the operation time of the observation group and the control group( P>0.05); the intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were less than the control group(P <0.05); The excellent and good rate was 92.00%, higher than the control group’s 80.00%(P<0.05); the knee joint mobility and knee function score of the observation group were higher than the control group( P<0.05); The complication rate in the observation group was 8.00%, lower than that in the control group 24.00%( P<0.05).Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nails are effective in treating bone nonunion after trauma of femoral fractures, fracture healing time is short, the incidence of complications is low, and knee joint function recovery is good, and it is worth applying.更多还原
