MSCTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值
MSCTA in the Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysms
【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋计算机断层扫描血管成像技术(MSCTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年11月我院收治的87例疑似颅内动脉瘤患者,均给予MSCTA及磁共振血管成像(MRA)检查,以数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)检查结果为金标准,比较上述两种检查方法对不同部位及不同动脉瘤直径病灶检出情况及图像质量等级评分。结果 MSCTA对不同部位、不同动脉瘤直径病灶检出率为93.42%、96.05%,高于MRA的82.89%、82.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCTA图像质量等级评分为(4.45±0.54)分,高于MRA的(3.99±0.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与MRA检查相比较,MSCTA检查可准确判断颅内动脉瘤发生部位及病灶大小,且图像清晰。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography angiography(MSCTA) for intracranial aneurysms.Methods From January 2018 to November 2019, 87 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysms were admitted to our hospital. Both were given MSCTA and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) examinations, and the results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were used as the gold standard.Compare the above two inspection methods to the detection of different sites and different aneurysm diameter lesions and image quality grade scores.Results The detection rates of MSCTA in different parts and different aneurysm diameter lesions were 93.42% and 96.05%, which were higher than MRA’s 82.89% and 82.89%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The MSCTA image quality grade score was(4.45 ±0.54) points,which was higher than the MRA(3.99±0.49) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MRA examination,MSCTA examination can accurately determine the location of the intracranial aneurysm and the size of the lesion, and the image is clear.
