【摘要】 目的观察齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年1月～2019年1月我院诊治的早期精神分裂症患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组采用齐拉西酮,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后PANSS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.87%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般病理症状评分、总评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.16%,低于对照组的20.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症疗效优于奥氮平,有助于缓解临床症状,降低PANSS评分,临床不良反应少,用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia.Methods A total of 98 patients with early schizophrenia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group was treated with ziprasidone. The total effective rate, the PANSS score before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.87%, which was higher than 79.59% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive symptom score, negative symptom score, general pathological symptom score, and total score were lower in the two groups after treatment before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.16%, lower than 20.41% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone is better than olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia. It can help relieve clinical symptoms, reduce PANSS score, have fewer clinical adverse reactions, and be safe to use.更多还原
