【摘要】 目的:探究微信平台结合PBL教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法:2018年1月至2020年1月,从在本院神经内科进行规范化培训的住院医师中选择93例进行研究,随机进行编号,利用抽签法分3组:基础教学法组、PBL教学法组、微信平台+PBL教学法组,各31例,比较3组住院医师考试成绩和对教学的满意度。结果:PBL教学法组理论成绩、实操成绩、问诊及病历书写成绩均高于基础教学法组,微信平台+PBL教学法组理论成绩、实操成绩、问诊及病历书写成绩均高于PBL教学法组(P<0.05);PBL教学法组教学满意高于基础教学法组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微信平台+PBL教学法组教育满意度高于PBL教学法组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中,微信平台结合PBL教学法较基础教学法和PBL教学法更利于提高培训成绩,且医师满意度理想,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of WeChat platform combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of neurology residents. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2020, 93 patients were selected from the residents who had undergone standardized training in the Department of Neurology of our hospital for research. Group, WeChat platform + PBL teaching method group, 31 cases each, comparing the scores of three groups of residents in examination results and satisfaction with teaching. Results: The WeChat platform + PBL teaching method group’s theoretical scores, practical results, consultation and medical record writing scores are higher than the PBL teaching method group(P<0.05); WeChat platform + PBL teaching method group education satisfaction is higher than the PBL teaching method group(P<0.05). Conclusion: We Chat platform combined with PBL teaching method is of high value in the standardized training of neurology residents.更多还原
