【摘要】 目的:观察对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者实施电话随访式延续性护理后,其自我护理行为及生活质量受到的影响效果。方法:在我院2019.11～2020.10期间收治的所有CHF患者中,选取86例随机分为对照组与观察组,分别实施常规护理与电话随访式延续性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后的自我护理行为及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通过对CHF患者展开电话随访式延续性护理,除了能够改善其自我护理行为以外,还可促进其生活质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of self-care behavior and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)after being followed up by telephone follow-up continuous care.Methods:Among all CHF patients admitted in our hospital from 2019.11 to 2020.10,86 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,and they were given routine care and telephone follow-up continuous care.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The self-care behaviors and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup,P<0.05.Conclusion:Through telephone follow-up continuous care for CHF patients,in addition to improving their self-care behavior,it can also promote the improvement of their quality of life.更多还原
