【摘要】 目的:总结无创呼吸机治疗胸外科手术后乳糜胸诊治经过,探讨术后乳糜胸的治疗方案,加快患者康复。方法:回顾性分析泰安市中心医院胸外2015年6月～2019年11月胸外科手术1250例患者,并发乳糜胸患者18例,其中食管癌手术后10例,肺癌术后6例,纵隔肿瘤术后2例。年龄32～78岁,平均年龄65岁。男性10例,女性8例。确诊乳糜胸后,应用无创呼吸机正压通气辅助治疗。结果:17例通过呼吸及治疗后治愈,1例呼吸机治疗无效,手术结扎胸导管后治愈,无死亡病例。结论:无创呼吸机正压通气支持治疗是治疗手术后乳糜胸有效手段,减少再次手术率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of chylothorax after thoracic surgery with non-invasive ventilator, to explore the treatment plan of chylothorax after surgery, and to speed up the recovery of patients. Methods: From June 2015 to November 2019, 1250 patients with chylothorax and 18 patients with chylothorax were analyzed retrospectively, including 10 patients with esophageal cancer, 6 patients with lung cancer and 2 patients with mediastinal tumor. The average age is 65 years old. There were 10 males and 8 females. After the diagnosis of chylothorax, all patients received noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. Results: 17 cases were cured by breathing and after treatment, 1 case was ineffective in ventilator treatment, 1 case was cured after ligation of thoracic duct, no death. Conclusion: Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is an effective method to treat chylothorax and reduce the reoperation rate.更多还原
