【摘要】 目的:构建医学硕士研究生导师胜任力指标体系。方法:采用文献分析法、专题小组讨论法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法进行研究,运用主成分分析法提取胜任特征。结果:医学硕士研究生导师胜任力指标体系包含7项一级指标和37项二级指标,其中一级指标是:个人特质、教学能力、科研能力、临床能力、职业品质、专业素养和指导研究生能力。结论:指标体系丰富了医学硕士研究生导师胜任力理论,为医学硕士研究生导师的遴选、能力的培养和绩效考核提供实证研究的依据,具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To construct a competency index system for medical postgraduate supervisors. Methods: Literature analysis, panel discussion, expert consultation and questionnaire were used to extract competency characteristics by principal component analysis. Results: There were 7 primary indicators and 37 secondary indicators in the competency index system of medical postgraduate supervisors, the primary indicators including personal characteristics, teaching ability, scientific research ability, clinical ability, occupational quality, professional quality and the ability to guide postgraduate students. Conclusion: Index system can enrich the competency theory of medical postgraduate supervisors and provide evidence for the selection of medical postgraduate supervisors, the cultivation of their abilities and the performance appraisal.更多还原
