【摘要】 目的:了解2018年湖北省病案编码人员基本情况及存在的问题,为疾病编码工作的顺利开展奠定基础。方法:对湖北省二级以上综合医院病案科(室)通过"全国医疗质量数据抽样调查"专栏进行网络调查,获得2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日病案编码人员数量、学历、职称、专业背景和工作负荷情况。结果:共调查病案专职编码人员404人,其中医学相关专业(临床、护理等)占57.67%,本科学历占53.22%,中级及以下职称人员占到87.38%,人均每日完成病案编码份数为62.28份。结论:病案编码人员数量不足、编码负荷大、人员学历偏低、职称结构不合理,应引起领导部门重视,优化病案编码人员队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the basic situation and problems of medical record coders in Hubei province in 2018, lay the foundation for the smooth development of disease coding. Methods: A network survey was conducted through "National Medical Quality Data Sampling Survey" and obtained numbers of medical record coders, education background, professional title, professional background and workload in the second-class or above hospitals from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Results: There were 404 full-time medical record coders, 57.67% of them were medical related majors(clinical, nursing, etc.), and 53.22% of them were bachelor’s degrees. 87.38% of them were medium-grade professional title and below while the workload accounted for 62.28 per person per day. Conclusion: The number of medical record coders is Insufficient while the workload is heavy, the education level of them is low, and the structure of the professional title is unreasonable. Leaders should pay strongly attention to them and optimize the medical record coding staff.更多还原
