【摘要】 目的分析经直肠超声造影联合肿瘤标志物检查对前列腺良、恶性病灶的诊断效果。方法选择2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的117例前列腺疾病患者为研究对象,按照病变性质将所有患者分为良性病变组(78例)和恶性病变组(39例)。比较两组患者经直肠超声造影检查结果,血清肿瘤标志物前列腺特异抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA)、前列腺特异性酸性磷酸酶(prostate specific acid phosphatase,PSAP)和前列腺特异性膜抗原(prostate specific membrane antigen,PSMA)水平;比较经直肠超声造影联合血清肿瘤标志物的诊断效能。结果恶性病变组患者血清PSA、PSAP及PSMA水平均显著高于良性病变组(均P<0.05)。经直肠超声造影联合PSA+PSAP+PSMA诊断的特异度和灵敏度均显著高于经直肠超声造影和PSA+PSAP+PSMA(均P<0.05)。结论经直肠超声造影联合肿瘤标志物检查对前列腺良、恶性病灶具有重要诊断价值,可提高诊断特异度和灵敏度,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of transrectal ultrasonography combined with tumor markers on benign and malignant prostate lesions.Method From January 2017 to September 2018,117 patients with prostate diseases admitted to Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were selected as the study objects.According to benign and malignant lesions,they were divided into benign lesions group (78 cases) and malignant lesions group (39 cases).The results of transrectal ultrasonography,serum prostate specific antigen (PSA),prostate specific acid phosphatase (PSAP),and prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) were compared between the two groups.The diagnostic efficacy of transrectal ultrasound combined with serum tumor markers was compared.Result The serum PSA,PSAP and PSMA levels in malignant lesions group were significantly higher than those in benign lesions group (all P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of transrectal ultrasound combined with PSA+PSAP+PSMA were significantly higher than those of transrectal ultrasound and PSA+PSAP+PSMA (all P<0.05).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound combined with tumor markers is of great value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate lesions,which can improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis,and is worthy of clinical reference.更多还原
