【摘要】 目的分析HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗失败的原因,制定针对性的管理措施。方法选取截止2019年11月30日乐山市在治的HIV/AIDS患者为研究对象,对266例抗病毒治疗失败患者进行回顾性分析,探讨影响治疗效果的原因。结果治疗失败受多方面因素的影响,主要与患者文化程度、服药依从性和治疗方案的合理性等相关,男性和青壮年居多。结论加强早期依从性教育,重点关注男性患者、文化程度低患者,及时干预耐药等是提高HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗成功率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reason of failed anti-viral therapy of 266 HIV/AIDS patients and make targeted management measures. Methods To select the HIV/AIDS patients treated in Leshan Hospital by December 30 2019 as study objects,make retrospective analysis to the failed patients with anti-viral treatment and discuss the cause of affecting treatment effects. Results the failure is affected by many factors and mainly connected with the education degree of patients,compliance of medicine taking,rationality of treatment scheme and so forth. However,most of patients are males and young adults.Conclusion Enhancing education over primary compliance of patients,focusing on male patients and low-educated patients and the intervention of drug resistance are key to decreasing failure cases and improving success rate of treatment.更多还原
