【摘要】 目的探讨电子气管镜在食管严重狭窄患者内镜检查中的应用价值。方法对64例食管狭窄或并食管瘘患者,行普通胃镜检查无法通过换用电子气管镜检查,了解食管狭窄的原因。结果电子气管镜检查发现食管良性狭窄者47例,恶性狭窄者17例;行胃镜下营养管置入术23例,食管狭窄扩张术32例,支架置入术9例。结论电子气管镜代替普通胃镜行食管狭窄的原因分析,可为胃镜下行食管扩张、支架置入或营养管置入提供可靠的选择依据。操作简单,安全性高,并发症少,明显降低后续治疗的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the value of electronic bronchoscopy in clarifying the causes of severe esophageal stenosis. Methods Sixty-four patients with esophageal stricture or concurrent esophageal fistula who could not be examined by gastroscopy,were examined by electronic bronchoscopy to determine the causes of esophageal stenosis.Results There were 47 cases of benign esophageal stricture and 17 cases of malignant esophageal stricture detected by electronic tracheal examination,and then 23 cases of gastroscope nutrition tube implantation,32 cases of esophageal stricture dilatation,and 9 cases of stent implantation. Conclusion The analysis of the causes of esophageal stricture performed by electronic bronchoscopy instead of ordinary gastroscope provides a reliable basis for the choice of esophageal dilatation,stent placement or nutrient tube placement under gastroscope. Conclusion With common gastroscopy,electronic bronchoscopy was simple operation,high security,less complications,low treatment risk in analysis of the causes of esophageal stricture. Electronic bronchoscopy is a safe and effective method to confirm the causes of esophageal stricture.更多还原
