【摘要】 目的比较两种不同桩核用于创伤牙修复的临床效果。方法选择2016年—2017年我院收治的创伤牙患者88例,患牙102颗,经过完善的根管治疗后,随机分成A、B 2组,分别给予不同的桩核修复:A组为一体化纤维桩+全瓷冠修复;B组为全瓷桩+全瓷冠修复。修复后随访2年,观察其临床效果。结果 A组桩核修复成功率是96.61%,高于B组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化纤维桩相较于全瓷桩核能更好地满足临床创伤牙的修复要求,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and compare the clinical effects of two different post and cores in the restoration of traumatic teeth.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,88 patients with trauma teeth and 102 teeth in Zhongganzhou People’s Hospital were selected from 2016 to 2017. After perfect root canal treatment,they were randomly divided into A and B groups for different post and core repairs:Group B is integrated fiber post+all-ceramic crown repair;group B is full ceramic post + all-ceramic crown repair.Follow-up for 2 years after repair,observe its clinical repair effect.Results The post and core repair success rates of each group were 96.61% in group A and 83.72% in group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both the integrated fiber post and the all-ceramic post and core repair can meet the requirements of clinical trauma restoration. Different post and core can be selected for repair according to clinical needs.更多还原
