【摘要】 目的观察小儿输液外渗采用喜疗妥联合新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集我院2015年3月—2019年3月发生输液外渗的患儿共80例,依据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷,观察组采用喜疗妥联合新鲜马铃薯外敷,对比2组患儿的临床治疗总有效率,统计2组患儿的开始消肿时间、消肿显效时间和完全消肿时间,以及治疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组开始消肿时间、消肿显效时间和完全消肿时间均少于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿输液外渗采用喜疗妥联合新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗的临床疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,减轻了患儿的疼痛和肿胀程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical efficacy and safety of pediatric infusion and extravasation combined with fresh potato external application. Methods A total of 80 children with infusion extravasation from March 2015 to March 2019 in our hospital were enrolled. 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission. The control group used 50% sulfuric acid. Magnesium wet hot compress,the observation group was treated with hi-treatment and fresh potato external application,the two groups of patients were treated for 1 month. The clinical effectiveness of the treatment in the two groups was compared. The onset of swelling time,the time of swelling and the time of complete swelling were counted in the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was counted. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of swelling,the time of swelling and the time of complete swelling were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric infusion extravasation is treated with hi-treatment and fresh potato external application. The clinical effect is clear,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the pain and swelling of the children are alleviated.更多还原
