【Abstract】 At present, the discipline attribute of health law is still controversial in China, and it has not become a second-level discipline in the national discipline classification catalogue. Therefore, there is a lack of unified standard for the cultivation of health law talents in China. In view of this, it is necessary to construct the discipline from the following aspects: defining discipline attributes, establish a second level discipline of health law, strengthen the basic theoretical research, strengthen team construction and standardize the education and teaching of health law.更多还原
