【摘要】 突发COVID-19公共疫情,我国实施了联防联控的防控措施,政府在对这场突发公共疫情的危机管理中虽然充分应用大数据以及时启动疫情防控机制、实现多元主体联防联控、有效监督官员执政行为和精准定位潜在感染人员,但仍存在对大数据技术的适应性不足、各部门间数据共享未成体系和数据安全及用户隐私未得到有力保障等问题。鉴此,应加强精通大数据技术的人才储备,进一步促进大数据在政府部门间开放共享,增强对核心数据和隐私信息的保护措施,以促进大数据技术在未来更好地服务于政府治理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,joint prevention and control measures are taken in China. In the public crisis management of it, though our government sufficiently use large data to start the pandemic prevention and control mechanism, implement multi-subject joint prevention and control,effectively supervise the administration of officials, and pinpoint potential infections, there are still some problems such as the lack of adaptability of big data technology, the unsystematic data sharing between departments and no strong guarantee of data security and user privacy. In view of this, it is necessary to strengthen the talent reserve proficient in big data technology, further promote the open sharing of big data among government departments, and enhance the protection measures of core data and private information, so as to promote the big data technology to better serve the government governance in the future.更多还原
