【摘要】 目的:对美沙酮维持治疗阿片类依赖者的生活质量进行评价并分析其影响因素,为维持治疗工作提供依据。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年6月门诊就诊的50例阿片类药品成瘾患者作为对照组,112例接受美沙酮维持治疗的吸毒者作为治疗组,采用自行设计调查问卷和药物成瘾者生命质量量表(QOL-DA)进行评分,比较两组生活质量,分析其影响因素。结果:两组在心理功能方面的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组患者的躯体功能、社会功能、戒断症状方面的情况好于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量影响因素方面,单因素分析结果表明,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、吸毒时间、毒品主要使用方式、美沙酮维持治疗时间为QOL-DA影响因素(P<0.05)。进一步Logistic多因素分析显示,影响生活质量的关键变量为性别、婚姻状况、吸毒时间和美沙酮维持治疗时间,以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙酮维持治疗可改善患者的躯体功能、社会功能和戒断症状,提高生活质量。性别、婚姻状况、治疗时间及吸毒时间是生活质量的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of life in opioid dependent patients with methadone maintenance treatment and explore theirs influencing factors. Methods:We selected 112 cases of narcotics dependent patients who accepted methadone maintenance treatment as research objects and 50 opioid dependent patients in control group from January 2017 to June 2018. Self-designed questionnaire and quality of life scale for drug addicts(qol-da) were used for scoring, and Logistic linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results:The score of physical function, withdrawal symptom, social function in treatment group was significant higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference in psychological function variance. The results of univariate analysis revealed that gender, age, marital status, time of drug, main usage of drug and continuous time of methadone maintenance treatment were the influencing factors of QOL-DA(P<0.05). Logistic multivariate analysis further suggested that gender, marital status, time of drug and continuous time of methadone maintenance treatment affected the quality of life in patients(P<0.05). Conclusion:MMT can improve the physical function, withdrawal symptom and social function. Gender, marital status, time of treatment and drug are the main factors for the quality of life.更多还原
