【摘要】 孝道之争是魏晋南北朝时期儒佛之争的核心议题,其背后是文化立场之争。儒佛孝道之争既有冲突与对抗,也有调和与融汇。面对佛教对社会生活的渗透,中国固有文化虽经受冲击,但并没有被异质文化所取代,而是在碰撞中融合在冲突中发展,坚守自己的文化立场,以人伦道德为武器对佛教伦理进行理论清算;佛教面对儒家的诘问,则调和儒佛矛盾,以期实现佛教与儒学从外在功能的互补逐步深入到内在思想的融通。该时期儒佛孝道之争,一方面,对长于经验思维而不甚重论证的中国传统伦理思想有所启迪与丰富,为宋代道德哲学的本体言说作了理论准备;另一方面,也只有经历这一磨合过程,佛教才能主动调适,由一种外来的文化逐渐适应中国文化传统,成为中国文化的重要组成部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 The filial morality was the crux of the dispute of Confucianism and Buddhism in Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. The source of the dispute lies in cultural position. This paper argues that the dispute showed conflict and confrontation as well as reconciliation and integration. With the penetration of Buddhism into social life, the traditional Confucian culture was impacted but not replaced by the heterogeneous culture. Instead, it merged with the Buddhist culture in conflict and developed itself. Adhering to its own cultural position, the Confucian ethics and morality challenged the Buddhist ethic. Facing that challenge, Buddhism reconciled the contradiction between them in the hope of realizing the complementation of their external functions and integration of their internal thoughts. This paper holds that on the one hand the dispute in this period enlightened and enriched Chinese traditional ethical thoughts which focused on empirical thinking rather than argumentation. Meanwhile, it made theoretical preparation for the ontology theory of moral philosophy in the Song Dynasty. On the other hand, only through this integration process could Buddhism make the adjustment actively and adapt to the Chinese traditional culture gradually, which converted it from an alien culture to an important part of Chinese culture.更多还原
