【摘要】 目的 分析慈善组织与医疗机构在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间捐赠协同机制的建立过程,为突发公共卫生事件发生后的慈善行动提供参考依据。方法 以北京市李桓英医学基金会和首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情捐赠工作中构建的协同机制为例进行分析研究。结果 慈善组织与医疗机构建立的捐赠协同机制符合法律法规要求,能够将防疫物资在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作中精准高效地应用。结论 慈善组织与医疗机构构建的捐赠协同机制为在突发公共卫生事件中的慈善行动提供了有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzes the establishment of coordinated mechanism in medical donation between charitable organizations and medical institutions during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Method Descriptive analysis was carried out in the coordinated mechanism in medical donation between Beijing Li Huanying Medical Foundalion and Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University.Results Establishing coordinated mechanism in medical donation between charitable organizations and medical institutions complied with legal requirements,met the clinical demands accurately and efficiently responsed to the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.Conclusion Establishment of coordinated mechanism in medical donation between charitable organizations and medical institutions is an important suggestion and practice and would be greatly benefit in the enhancement and strengthen the capacity of the charitable organizations in the response to public health emergencies.更多还原
