【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在评估安保人员在接受CPR培训前后的理论知识、心理运动技能等方面习得情况。通过对深圳公众除颤计划之区域内安保人员心肺复苏知识、态度、行为等方面进行调查,行心肺复苏为主的初级救护培训,探讨培训效果。方法 整群抽样抽取区域内500名安保人员,知情同意接受CPR知行信调查及初级救护员急救培训,比较培训前后其知识、态度、技能的变化。结果 培训后,安保人员心肺复苏相关知识分值由(10.69±7.912)分上升至(38.33±5.071)分,相关态度分值由(15.03±3.585)分上升至(21.11±3.001)分,相关技能分值由(20.58±7.434)分上升至(52.85±5.727)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 大多数安保人员缺乏急救知识和技能,采用“试学练测”的培训方法 ,规范化的急救认证课程,能有效提高安保人员的急救知识和CPR技能,综合提高急救反应能力及自救互救意识,增强自信,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired by security personnel before and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) training.To investigate the CPR KABP(knowledge,attitude,belief,practice) of security personnel in Shenzhen public access defibrillation project.Methods A total 500 security personnel in the area who conducted on this study agreed to accept the CPR KABP survey and the primary rescue training.Compared the changes in knowledge,attitudes,and skills before and after training.Results After the training,the knowledge scores of CPR of security personnel increased from 10.69±7.912 points to 38.33±5.071 points,and the relevant attitude scores increased from 15.03±3.585 points to 21.11±3.001 points.The relevant skill scores increased from 20.58±7.434 points.52.85±5.727 points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Standardized first-aid certification courses can effectively improve the first-aid knowledge and CPR skills and comprehensively improve the ability of first-aid response and self-help and mutual rescue.Enhance self-confidence and it is worth promoting.更多还原
