【摘要】 目的 提高卫生应急防疫现场救援中,先遣队快速机动、专业处置和自我保障的对策。方法 通过实战和演练,研究在灾害发生时,卫生应急防疫先遣队高效率的专业组成和携行装备配置。结果 提出了先遣队在灾害发生时,迅速抵达现场,快速搭建生活和工作平台,有效实施卫生防疫救援和为后续队伍提供重要信息的队伍组建和先遣装备配置的解决方案。结论 卫生应急防疫队伍先遣队的组建要着眼于任务导向,充分考虑人员的专业技术、身体素质、一专多能等核心能力,并建立规范的运行管理流程;先遣队装备应能实现指挥通讯、现场处置和后勤保障功能,充分考虑体积、重量和性能,并分类集成以提高现场应急的效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Improve the vanguard’s capacities of mobility,professional response and self-protection during the on-site rescue of health emergency response.Method Based on massive emergency exercises and field-work,study how to build up an efficient Infectious Diseases Control and Prevention Vanguard and equip it.Result This study has come up with the construction plan and equipment list for the Infectious Diseases Control and Prevention Vanguard,which enable the team to arrive and start work quickly,to better operate the preventive and control measures after the natural disaster(such as earthquake) happens.更多还原
