益水生新饮颗粒HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的:建立益水生新饮颗粒HPLC的指纹图谱,为科学评价及控制益水生新饮颗粒质量提供依据。方法:益水生新饮颗粒的高效液相色谱分析方法采用Inertsil Hypersil ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;使用乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:236nm。采用国家药典委员会2004颁布的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统A版》软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:10批次样品指纹图谱中有14个共有峰,经相似度计算,整体相似性好。结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于益水生新饮颗粒的质量评价与控制。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Yishuishengxin Yin granules by HPLC to provide the basis for scientific evaluation and quality control of Yishuishengxin Yin granules.Methods:Inertsil Hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used for the HPLC analysis of Yishuxinxin Yin granules.Gradient elution of acetonitrile -0.2% glacial acetic acid was used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Column temperature:25℃;Detection wavelength:236 nm.The software of similarity evaluation system A of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprints issued by the national pharmacopoeia committee in 2004 was used to analyze the data.Results:There were 14 common peaks in the fingerprints of 10 batches of samples.Conclusion:The method is accurate,stable and good repeatability,can be used for the benefit of aquatic new water quality assessment and control of the particle.
