【摘要】 新冠疫情防控进入常态化,疫情期间的大学体育教育继续坚持"停课不停学"原则,全面实施体育线上教学对于高校师生而言都是全新的挑战,在经过数月的尝试与探索后,延安大学在体育线上教学方面积累了经验也发现了问题,如何借助互联网途径展开体育教育成为高校体育教师关注的重点。体育教育具有实践性、互动性、参与性强的特点,在师生无法面对面交流的前提下,展开线上教学更要有效激发学生们的主动性,使得体育教育在疫情期间继续发挥强身健体、增强免疫、疏导心理的作用与价值,帮助广大高校学生更加积极地面对生活与学习。此次研究以延安大学体育线上教学为例,总结教育经验,并探索线上教学实施策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic has entered the normalization,college physical education during the epidemic period continues to adhere to the principle of "suspension of classes and non-stop learning".The full implementation of online sports teaching is a new challenge for college teachers and students.After months of attempt and exploration,Yan′an University has accumulated experience and found problems in sports online teaching.How to use the Internet to develop physical education has become the focus of college physical education teachers.Physical education has the characteristics of practicality,interaction,and strong participation.When teachers and students cannot communicate face-to-face,online teaching must effectively stimulate the initiative of students,so that physical education can continue to play a good role during the epidemic period.The role and value of enhancing immunity and guiding psychology,helping college students face life and learning more actively.This study takes the online sports teaching in Yan′an university as an example to summarize the educational experience and explore the implementation strategies of online teaching.更多还原
