680m~3浮选机关键结构仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of Key Structure of 680 m~3 Flotation Machine
【摘要】 介绍了680m3大型浮选机的结构组成及工作原理,分析了主轴、叶轮、定子等关键结构的作用工况。采用基于有限元的计算机仿真分析方法对不同工况条件下的主轴、叶轮、定子的应力、应变及变形情况进行了分析,得到主轴、叶轮及定子的强度设计安全系数分别为3.24、3.38和3.95;叶轮下缘处最大变形为1.96mm,占叶轮定子间隙设计值的1.3%;启动工况下定子顶部最大变形量达到6.83mm;主轴及叶轮前10阶固有频率与主轴叶轮旋转频率相差较大,不存在共振风险。研究工作为680m3浮选机关键结构的进一步优化提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The structure and working principle of 680 m3 flotation machine are introduced and the working conditions of the key structures such as main shaft,impeller and stator are analyzed.The stress,strain and deformation of the main shaft,impeller and stator under different working conditions were analyzed by using simulation analysis method based on finite element method.The strength design safety factors of the main shaft,impeller and stator were 3.24,3.38 and 3.95 respectively,the maximum deformation at the lower edge of the impeller was 1.96 mm,accounting for 1.3% of the design value of the impeller stator clearance.Under the start-up condition,the maximum deformation of the stator top reaches6.83 mm,the first 10 natural frequencies of the main shaft and impeller differ greatly from the rotating frequency of the main shaft impeller,so there is no resonance risk.The research work provides the basis for the further optimization of the key structure of 680 m3 flotation machine.
