基于环氧开环聚合反应设计的综合实验
Comprehensive experiment designed based on epoxy ring-opening polymerization
【摘要】 高分子化学是一门重要的课程,为加强理解聚合反应以及聚合物的应用,提高学生学习高分子化学的积极性,设计了集聚合物合成、表征和性质研究的综合实验。该实验以N,N′-二羟乙基乙二胺为原料合成双环氧化合物,然后与α,ω-二胺通过环氧开环聚合反应制备一系列具有不同脂肪链骨架的聚合物,采用核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱表征聚合物结构。研究聚合物的DNA结合能力、细胞毒性和转染效率,进一步总结聚合物结构对相关性质的影响。
【Abstract】 Polymer chemistry is an important course. To enhance understanding of polymer reactions and polymer applications, and improve the enthusiasm of learning polymer chemistry, a comprehensive experiment combining polymer synthesis, characterization and related properties was designed. In this experiment, a double epoxy compound was synthesized from N,N′-dihydroxyethyl ethylenediamine, then a series of polymers differ in aliphatic chain skeletons were prepared by ring-opening polymerization from this compound with different α,ω-diamines. The polymer structure was characterized by ~1H NMR and GPC. Then, the DNA binding ability, cytotoxicity, and transfection efficiency of the polymers were studyed, and furtherly summarize the influence of the polymer structure on the related properties.
