【摘要】 建设世界一流大学和一流学科是我国新形势下人才强国的重大战略,打造高水平的实验人才队伍将进一步提升高校人才培养质量和学科建设水平,有利于实现"双一流"战略目标。结合目前高校实验室建设面临的普遍问题,针对船舶与海洋工程实验中心实验室运行及实验人才队伍建设整体现状,提出船海学科实验室建设新思路和新举措,为高校实验人才队伍的建设提供借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of world-class university and disciplines is the great strategy of strengthening the country by talents with the new situation of our country. Building a high level of experimental talents will further improve the quality of students training and the discipline construction then finally reach the "double first-class" strategic objectives. Based on the present situation and existing problems of the experimental teaching team of the college, suggestions and ideas of the ship and ocean experimental team construction are illustrated.
