【摘要】 探讨青龙衣提取液对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖抑制作用的影响,应用MTT法考察青龙衣提取液对胃癌细胞的抑制作用。实验表明,青龙衣提取液对SGC-7901细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,对肿瘤细胞的生长呈现时间和剂量依赖性的抑制作用。青龙衣提取液对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖作用具有抑制活性,为进一步筛选核桃楸的抗肿瘤有效部位提供了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study the effect of extracts from Qinglongyi on inhibiting the proliferation of carcinoma cell SCG-7901, MTT assay was used to observe the inhibition rate of SCG-7901 cells. Results showed that Qinglongyi extract could obviously inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells. The inhibitory effect was time and dose dependent. The extract of Qinglongyi has inhibitory effect on SGC-7901 cells. This provides the experimental basis for further screening Juglans mandshurica maxim.更多还原
