城轨电客车走行部在线监测系统研究与开发

【摘要】 本文阐述了建立城轨电客车走行部在线监测系统的必要性,介绍了走行部在线监测系统的原理以及部分关键设备,提出了自动监测系统的总体设计方案。在该方案的基础上,对控制系统的硬件系统进行设计与选型配置,分析了干扰产生的原因并进行了抗干扰设计,对检测系统安装、电路控制以及系统故障诊断与调试进行了说明,对故障诊断软件算法进行了设计,并对系统在调试与试运行时出现的实际案例进行了分析。系统试运行结果表明,各控制参数稳定,各设备能够长期稳定运行,实现了在线监测的设计目标,为实现城轨电客车走行部自动化检测奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 This paper proposed the necessity of online monitor system for the running gear of electric vehicle from urban vehicle from urban railways,introduced the principle of the monitor system and part of key components,and offered an overall design plan. Based on the plan,the hardware of the monitor system was designed and configured,anti-interference design was made through analysis of interference,software algorithm of fault diagnosis was formulated,and practical cases on a trial operation were analyzed. The result showed that the control parameters were stable,devices could run stably,and the target was achieved,which lay the foundation of the automatic detection of the running gear of electric vehicles from urban railways.
