【摘要】 伴随新冠疫情的持续发展,由于旅客对公共交通方式的安全担心,以及旅客量的大幅度减少,必然对机场的陆侧交通体系产生显著的影响。分析航空运输业在疫情不同阶段的影响,并结合浦东机场的客、货运输量的变化做了重点阐述。同时,结合浦东机场调查数据对陆侧交通体系的影响做了详细分析,包括停车影响、出租车影响、公共交通影响以及行业收入的影响。为了应对疫情,机场实施了加强疫情消毒、优化陆侧组织、智能化调度管理等策略,提升陆侧交通服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the COVID-19,due to the safety concerns of passengers on public transport modes and the significant reduction of passenger volume,it is bound to have a significant impact on the airport’s land side traffic system.First of all,this paper analyzes the changes of air transport industry in different stages of the development of the new crown epidemic,and focuses on the changes of passenger and freight transport volume in Pudong airport.Then,combining with the data of Pudong Airport landside traffic operation and survey,the paper analyzes the influence of landside traffic system in detail,including parking impact,taxi impact,public transport impact and industry income impact.In view of the impact of the epidemic,the airport reduces the impact of the epidemic on the industry by strengthening the disinfection of the epidemic,optimizing the landside organization,intelligent scheduling management and other strategies.更多还原
