【摘要】 采用高分子纳米一体分散染料色浆对涤纶绒类厚织物进行免水洗印花,分析了焙烘时间、焙烘温度和化学助剂用量等因素对印花效果的影响,采用正交实验优化印花工艺,测试了印花织物水洗前后的色牢度、K/S值。结果显示,水洗前后K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度等指标均很好。该工艺能减少污水排放,降低能源消耗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The non washable printing of thick polyester velvet fabric was carried out with polymer nano disperse dye paste. The effects of curing time, curing temperature and the amount of chemical additives on the printing were analyzed. The printing process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and the color fastness and K/S value of the printed fabric before and after washing were tested. The results showed that the indexes of K/S value, color fastness to rubbing and soaping were good before and after washing. The process could reduce sewage discharge and energy consumption.更多还原
