K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2复合材料的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation and photocatalytic performance of K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2 composite materials
【摘要】 运用化学氧化聚合法将聚苯胺包覆到纳米SnO2颗粒表面制得PANI/SnO2,采用直接合成法制备K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39];以(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,运用静电自组装法将K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]与PANI/SnO2制成K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2复合材料,通过红外、紫外、XRD、SEM、EDS和氮气吸附进行表征。以K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2为催化剂,研究其对孔雀石绿溶液的光催化降解性能,结果表明,在紫外光照射下的优化光催化条件为:孔雀石绿初始质量浓度10 mg/L、pH=2、催化剂用量8 mg,此时脱色效果较好,最高降解率可达96.2%。
【Abstract】 PANI/SnO2 was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization by coating polyaniline on the surface of nano SnO2 particles, and K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39] were prepared by direct synthesis method.(NH4)2S2O8 was used as oxidant, K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2 composite materials were prepared by K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39] and PANI/SnO2 through electrostatic self-assembly method. The composite material was characterized by IR, UV, XRD, SEM, EDS and nitrogen adsorption. K8[Co(H2O)W11NiO39]/PANI/SnO2 was used as catalyst to study the photocatalytic degradation of malachite green solution. The results showed that the optimal photocatalytic conditions of malachite green solution under UV irradiation were: initial mass concentration of malachite green 10 mg/L, pH=2, catalyst dosage 8 mg. At this time, the decolorization effect was the best, and the highest degradation rate could reach 96.2%.
