【Abstract】 Through the analysis for recent developments in prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in the past year(2018.10—2019.9), it was pointed out that continuous replacements of three substance lists in REACH regulation(EU) were the key point to be concerned at present, specially the new "CMR regulation" issued on 12 October 2018. The background of the issue, the cantent and the points for attention of the new"CMR regulation" were expounded, and the new restricted CMR substance list was set out. And it was pointed out that the new "CMR regulation was a stricter and important regulation in connection with textile clothing and shoes. The textile chemical industry and dyeing and finishing industry must pay close attention to and actively respond to, in order to effectively prevent follow-up risks.更多还原
