【Abstract】 Parkinson disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder affecting middle aged and elderly people, which causes a variety of movement problems such as akinesia, rigidity, and tremor. Despite the emphasis on motor function in PD, nonmotor symptoms such as vision disorders, dysosmia and sleep problems may also play a significant role in determining the general quality of life of the PD patients. With the development of neuro-ophthalmology, the clinical value of vision disorders are highly valued in the early diagnosis of PD. This article aims to summarize the manifestations of early PD visual impairment and its corresponding eye examination, in order to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis of PD.更多还原
